JOB OBJECTIVE / SUMMARY

  • To assist Production Executive and Supervisor to perform daily operation. To carry out duties during production including: material handling, equipment operation and various support activities.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation and weighing of chemicals during production.
  • To conduct cleaning of CPT plant during color change.
  • To report to supervisor immediately if any work-related problems encountered in the plant.
  • To inform the line leader at the earliest opportunity if s/he is unable to report for work.
  • To prepare the premixing in accordance with the formulation accurately.
  • To conduct 5S housekeeping at the workplace every day.
  • To assist in loading and unloading of the materials.
  • To maintain the workplace in good condition anytime.
  • To perform any other duties as and when required by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Formal Qualification
  • Candidate must possess Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic or its equivalent.
  • Working experience in Chemical Industry/Environment is an added advantage.
  • Must be able to work on shift and during Public Holidays/weekend.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with training provided.

Production Executive - Resin

Job Summary

  • To lead a team of Supervisors, Junior Production Executive to meet Resin Production Target, quality requirement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and updating the Monthly Production Schedule for Resin production, including production schedule, material requirement, machine availability.
  • Responsible for day-to-day manufacturing activities including follow up material availability, executing the resin production processes to meet the targeted output and expected quality.
  • To coordinate with planning, quality management, maintenance and procurement to meet the agreed production plan.
  • To prepare daily and weekly Production report, such as input, output and production parameter report and assist in preparing Production performance report.
  • To maintain 5S housekeeping in the production floor.
  • Representation of the plant during the customer/government officer visits. Candidates must be able to work on shift and weekend.
  • To perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirement

A. Formal Qualification

  1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any fields.
  2. Excellent written and command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Must have at least 4 years of working experience in Production Environment is required.
  4. Possess a positive attitude, proactive, goal setter, good leadership, creative and with great self-discipline.
  5. Highly motivated with a “can-do” approach and good work ethic.

 

B. Knowledge

  1. Knowledge in QC tools will be an added advantage.

Production Executive / Junior Executive - CPT

Job Summary

  • To assist CPT Assistant Production Manager in production activities, planning and process improvement at CPT production plant.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Controlling of production activities, production planning, processes and maintenance program to ensure timely delivery to fulfil customer’s requirement.
  • To coordinate the work with planning, quality management, maintenance and procurement department to meet the agreed production plan.
  • To coordinates with the external parties for plant visits.
  • Assist the Asst./Production manager in monitoring and improving the production processes, identify problems and take appropriate action for correction & prevention.
  • To ensure that all factory activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, set targets for the members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
  • To maintain good housekeeping for the plant area.
  • Assist the Asst. Production Manager in ensuring strict compliance of production procedures and safety requirement.
  • To perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.

*Candidates must be able to work on shift and weekend.

Job Requirement

A. Formal Qualification

  1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/ Industrial) or equivalent. 

B. Knowledge

Job Description

Focusing on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution for electrical/mechanical equipment issues. Responsible for maintaining enhances service quality and equipment reliability by improving workflows and optimizing maintenance processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Planning and execution of the preventative maintenance programs. Improve the reliability of the equipment.
  2. Co-ordinate & monitor work performed by contractors
  3. Work with vendors to source parts and to substitute OEM parts with more economical options, designing and testing improved parts to improve equipment functionality.
  4. Manage capital projects including identifying scope, cost, milestones, etc.
  5. Provide leadership, coaching and direction to technicians in all aspects of their work.
  6. Serves as a key resource for safety related issues with the goal of meeting/exceeding OSHA requirements for a safe workplace.
  7. Participates in technical audits and compliance assessments, and follows up on closure of remedial action plans.
  8. Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery & equipment in case of breakdowns.
  9. Analyzes & implements corrective action reports & process tracking mechanisms.
  10. Provides daily equipment functioning activity information.
  11. Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
  12. Creating maintenance procedures
  13. To perform other related job as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
  14. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service request as assigned.
  15. To ensure all machines & processes are operating at optimum condition.

Job Requirements

  • Formal Qualification
    • Bachelor degree in Electrical.
    • Preferably at least five years of experience working with electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance.
  • Knowledge

    • Well verse in Microsoft office.
    •  Ability to solve problems via advanced technical knowledge, complex analysis and theory testing
    •  Preferably Executives specializing in Engineering – equivalent.
  • Skills
