Quality is emphasized at every phase of product development through manufacturing – from the initial development and formulation to testing and manufacturing. Our quality is built-in and assured through stringent monitoring of the manufacturing process, materials inspections, and tests on work in progress and the finished product. Test conducted include tests on in-coming raw materials to determine the properties and melt flow index of the resin. In addition, to ensure that the required specifications are met, samples are taken during the production process for quality testing. These include tests to measure image density, relative dielectric constant and dissipation factor, magnetic pigment content, tribocharge, grain size, toner concentration and toner particles.
